You will also receive from our order tracking officer, a regular email update on the status of your shipment until its receipt.

All of our silver jewelry is carefully packaged by our shipping clerks prior to cargo pick up by our shipping agent.

Delivery time is usually 6 to 7 business days from the time your piece is finished in our workshop. Please keep in mind that due to cargo rotation, it might take up to 3 days before the online tracking module would show your tracking number.

When placing your order, please make sure you enter the correct shipping address, contact number and email address. We are not responsible for reshipping fees it if you provided us with an incorrect address.
